Requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, in consultation with the Natalie M. LaPrade Medical Cannabis Commission, to adopt certain regulations relating to the treatment of certain inmates using medical cannabis at State and local correctional facilities; and requiring that certain regulations adopted by the Natalie M. LaPrade Medical Cannabis Commission include certain procedures for the treatment of certain inmates.
