SUBSTITUTE FOR

 

HOUSE BILL NO. 4066

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     A bill to amend 1941 PA 207, entitled

 

"Fire prevention code,"

 

(MCL 29.1 to 29.33) by adding section 3d.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 3d. A school that has a vestibule is not required to

 

install a manual fire alarm box within the vestibule if a manual

 

fire alarm box is located within 5 feet of the interior door of the

 

vestibule.

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
