June 13, 2019, Introduced by Senator STAMAS and referred to the Committee on Appropriations.

 

 

 

     A bill to make, supplement, adjust, and consolidate

 

appropriations for various state departments and agencies and the

 

judicial branch for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020; to

 

provide for certain conditions on appropriations; and to provide

 

for the expenditure of the appropriations.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

PART 1

 

LINE-ITEM APPROPRIATIONS

 

     Sec. 101. There is appropriated money for the various state

 

departments and agencies and the judicial branch, as described in

 

this part, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020 from the

 

funds indicated in this part. The following is a summary of the
