AN ACT

To appropriate money for the purpose of matching Federal Emergency Management Agency expenditures due to natural disasters in the state of Missouri in 2011 for the period ending June 30, 2012.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            There is appropriated out of the State Treasury, to be expended only as provided in Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri, for the purpose of providing matching funds for Federal Emergency Management Agency expenditures due to natural disasters in the state of Missouri in 2011 chargeable to the fund designated for the period ending June 30, 2012:

 

Section 1.001. There is transferred out of the State Treasury, chargeable to the Budget Reserve Fund to the General Revenue Fund
