Summary
An Act To Authorize The Governing Authorities Of The City Of D'iberville, Mississippi, To Acquire Certain Real Property; To Authorize The City To Enter Into A Financing Agreement With The Seller Or Sellers For Such Real Property; To Authorize The Governing Authorities To Lease Property, Once Acquired And Already Owned By The City, For Terms Varying In Length, But Not To Exceed 99 Years, Thereby Resulting In The Purchase Of The Property At The Conclusion Of The Term Or Terms Of The Lease For Economic And Commercial Development Purposes; And For Related Purposes.
