AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 12, CHAPTER 441, LAWS OF 2015, TO EXTEND THE AUTOMATIC REPEALER ON THE EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP ACCOUNT (ESA) PROGRAM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Section 12 of Chapter 441, Laws of 2015, is amended as follows:

     Section 12.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and shall stand repealed * * *as of June 30, 2020 from and after July 1, 2024.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
