A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO SYSTEMATICALLY REFORM MEDICAID.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The Department of Health and Human Services shall implement systematic Medicaid reform as contemplated by its Request For Information (RFI) process.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
