A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT dealing with relief to graham county due to a fire that destroyed the sheriff's department.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  This act is designed to provide relief relating to statutory duties of Graham County due to a fire that destroyed the Sheriff's Department.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
