A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to allow for the calling of special elections in odd‑numbered years.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 17.5 of S.L. 2014‑111 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
