STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to operation of ski craft around the marsh lands or flats in the Hampton/Seabrook estuary.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Operation of Ski Craft; Hampton/Seabrook Estuary. Amend RSA 270:74, X to read as follows:
X. No person shall operate a ski craft in excess of headway speed within 300 feet of any marsh land or flat in the Hampton/Seabrook estuary without regard to tide height.
XI. A person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2020.
