AN ACT relative to communication between employers and employees during bargaining negotiations.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven

AN ACT relative to communication between employers and employees during bargaining negotiations.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Communication During Collective Bargaining Negotiations. Amend RSA 273-A by inserting after section 3 the following new section:

273-A:3-a Communication During Collective Bargaining Negotiations. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any party to the collective bargaining process may present a case to employees at any time during the negotiation process.

2 New Section; Communication During Collective Bargaining Negotiations. Amend RSA 275 by inserting after section 4 the following new section:

275:4-a Communication During Collective Bargaining Negotiations. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any party to the collective bargaining process may present a case to employees at any time during the negotiation process.

3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2012.
