STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen

 

AN ACT allowing the use of campaign funds for child care expenses.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Elections; Political Expenditures and Contributions; General Provisions; Definitions.  Amend RSA 664:2, IX(a) to read as follows:

(a)  The candidate's filing fee or his or her expenses for personal travel, [and] subsistence, or childcare;

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
