     Requires DMVA promote Veterans History Project at Library of Congress.

An Act requiring the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to promote the Veterans History Project at the Library of Congress and supplementing chapter 3 of Title 38A of the New Jersey Statutes. 

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs shall develop and maintain an informational campaign to promote awareness of the Veterans History Project at the Library of Congress.

     Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Adjutant General shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.

 

     2.    This act shall take effect immediately. 

 

 

STATEMENT

 

     This bill requires the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to develop and maintain an informational campaign to promote awareness of the Veterans History Project at the Library of Congress.
