An Act modifying the effective date of P.L.2018, c.165 and amending P.L.2018, c.165.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. Section 5 of P.L.2018, c.165 is amended to read as follows:
5. This act shall take effect immediately but shall be retroactive to October 18, 2008.

STATEMENT
This bill provides that the provisions of P.L.2018, c.165, which clarifies provisions of the "Predatory Towing Prevention Act," are retroactive to October 18, 2008.
