SYNOPSIS

     Requires DOE and DCF to post drinking water lead level test results for school districts and child care centers on their websites.

An Act concerning access to school district 1and child care center1 water lead level test results and supplementing chapter 33 of Title 18A of the New Jersey Statutes 1and P.L.1983, c.492 (C.30:5B-1 et seq.)1.

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    The Department of Education shall post, in a prominent location on 1[the homepage of]1 its Internet website, 1[a hyperlink to school district] the1 water lead level test results 1for each school facility in each school district1.

 

     12.  The Department of Children and Families shall post, in a prominent location on its Internet website, the water lead level test results for each child care center.1

 

     1[2.] 3.1     This act shall take effect immediately.
