Summary

AN ACT relating to the Capitol Police Division of the Department of Public Safety; requiring the Director of the Department of Public Safety to treat peace officers appointed to the Capitol Police Division of the Department in the same manner as peace officers appointed to the Nevada Highway Patrol Division of the Department for the purposes of classification, compensation and advancement; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
