Summary
This bill permits modification of a program operated at a youth center financed pursuant to Title 3-A of Article 19-G of the Executive Law or a change in a service provider with the prior written approval of the State Office of Children and Family Services, where the new program and provider meet statutory requirements and where the modification does not affect the bondability of the youth center program.
