Summary

This bill would allow persons sixty years of age or older who are residents of the city of New York, to attend classes at the city university without payment of tuition or other fees and charges. The board of higher education, in formulating this program, will take into consideration such factors as availability of space, instruction, schedules, curriculum, etc.
