Summary
To prevent the use of public funds in ways that might advance the political campaign of a candidate for statewide legislative office, and also provide a level playing field for all candidates running for statewide legislative office
Title
Prohibits a member of the legislature from disbursing or making public moneys pursuant to a memoranda of understanding regarding certain line item appropriations prior to such member's election.
