Subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of subdivision 1 of 2 section 803-b of the correction law, as amended by section 1 of part E 3 of chapter 55 of the laws of 2017, is amended to read as follows: 4 (ii) obtains [a masters of professional studies] an associate's 5 degree, bachelor's degree or master's degree; or 6 § 2.
