        AN ACT to amend the election law, in relation to the number of affidavit
          ballots to be supplied at polling sites
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Section 7-106 of the election law is amended  by  adding  a
     2  new subdivision 12 to read as follows:
     3    12.  Each  county  board of elections shall be required to supply each
     4  polling site within the county affidavit ballots. The number of  affida-
     5  vit ballots supplied to each polling site shall not be less than fifteen
     6  percent  of  the  total  voter  turnout in each election district at the
     7  polling site for the last election of that kind.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
