          reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee
        AN  ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to providing information
          on where to seek help in regards to military sexual trauma
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Section 353 of the executive law is amended by adding a new
     2  subdivision 24 to read as follows:
     3    24.  To  provide information regarding resources that are available to
     4  assist veterans who experienced military sexual trauma while  on  active
     5  duty or during military training, by maintaining a military sexual trau-
     6  ma  portal on the division's internet website. Such portal shall provide
     7  virtual links to appropriate governmental programs on  the  federal  and
     8  state  levels. The division may consult with the office of mental health
     9  and the department of health. The division shall make reference to  this
    10  information  provided pursuant to subdivisions four-a and four-b of this
    11  section and in the annual report to the  governor  and  the  legislature
    12  required  pursuant  to subdivision eleven of this section. Such informa-
    13  tion required under this subdivision shall  be  maintained  and  updated
    14  annually.
    15    §  2.  This  act shall take effect on the ninetieth day after it shall
    16  have become a law. Effective immediately the addition, amendment  and/or
    17  repeal  of any rules and regulations necessary for the implementation of
    18  this act on or before its effective date are authorized to be  made  and
    19  completed on or before such effective date.
