        AN ACT to repeal part A of chapter 501 of the laws of 2012, amending the
          executive  law, the criminal procedure law, the correction law and the
          public health law, relating to establishing the justice center for the
          protection of people with special needs
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Part  A  of chapter 501 of the laws of 2012, amending the
     2  executive law, the criminal procedure law, the correction  law  and  the
     3  public  health  law, relating to establishing the justice center for the
     4  protection of people with special needs is REPEALED.
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

                              [ ] is old law to be omitted.
