        AN ACT to amend chapter 264 of the laws of 2009 amending the county  law
          relating to communication service surcharges applied to Onondaga coun-
          ty, in relation to extending the provisions of such chapter
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Subdivision (a) of section 2 of chapter 264 of the laws  of
     2  2009   amending   the  county  law  relating  to  communication  service
     3  surcharges applied to Onondaga county is amended to read as follows:
     4    (a) this act shall expire and be deemed repealed [10] 20  years  after
     5  such date;
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

                              [ ] is old law to be omitted.
