        AN  ACT  to amend the highway law, in relation to extending the Thousand
          Islands - Seaway Wine Trail

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Section 343-s of the highway law, as added by chapter 382
     2  of the laws of 2005, is amended to read as follows:
     3    § 343-s. Portion of the state highway system in the county of  Jeffer-
     4  son  to be designated as the "Thousand Islands - Seaway Wine Trail". All
     5  that portion of the state and county highway system located in the coun-
     6  ty of Jefferson and beginning at the intersection of Chestnut Ridge Road
     7  and state route three at Wescott Beach State Park, and continuing  north
     8  on  state  route  three  to  its  junction  with state route one hundred
     9  eighty, and continuing north along state route one hundred eighty to its
    10  intersection with state route [twelve] twelve-E,  and  continuing  north
    11  along  state  route  [twelve]  twelve-E  in  the  town of [Clayton] Cape
    12  Vincent,  and  continuing  further  north  along  state  route  [twelve]
    13  twelve-E  in  the  town  of Clayton to its intersection with state route
    14  twelve in the town of Clayton, and continuing further north along  state
    15  route twelve to its intersection with state route twenty-six in the town
    16  of  Alexandria,  and continuing east along state route twenty-six to the
    17  unincorporated community of Theresa, and continuing further  east  along
    18  state  route  twenty-six  to  its  intersection with United States route
    19  eleven in the unincorporated community of Philadelphia,  and  continuing
    20  south  along  United States route eleven to the unincorporated community

         EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                              [ ] is old law to be omitted.

     1  of Evans Mills, and continuing further  south  on  United  States  route
     2  eleven to its intersection with state route three hundred forty-two, and
     3  continuing  west along state route three hundred forty-two to its inter-
     4  section  with  interstate  eighty-one  in  the town of Pamelia, shall be
     5  designated and known as the "Thousand Islands - Seaway Wine Trail".
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
