        AN ACT to provide an award to the Port  of  Oswego  Authority  from  the
          funds  appropriated  under  the Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence Seaway flood
          recovery grant program
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1. The New York State Division of Homes and Community Renewal
     2  shall award the Port of Oswego Authority funds needed to meet the match-
     3  ing requirements for FEMA funds not to exceed $2,250,000 from the  funds
     4  appropriated  by  subdivision  4 of section 1 of part A of chapter 85 of
     5  the laws of 2017 under the Lake Ontario-St. Lawrence Seaway flood recov-
     6  ery grant program, provided from funds allocated for  the  program.  The
     7  Port  of  Oswego Authority shall use such funds to repair roads, wharfs,
     8  and piers damaged as a result of the 2017 Lake Ontario flooding.
     9    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
