        AN ACT to amend the real property tax law, in relation to providing that
          state lands within the Eastport-South Manor  Central  School  District
          are subject to taxation for school purposes
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Paragraphs (e) and (f) of subdivision 1 of section  536  of
     2  the real property tax law, paragraph (e) as amended by section 4 of part
     3  CC  of  chapter  58  of  the  laws of 2018 and paragraph (f) as added by
     4  section 1 of part W of chapter 62 of the laws of 2006,  are  amended  to
     5  read as follows:
     6    (e) Lands owned by the state, within the core preservation area of the
     7  Central Pine Barrens area as described and bounded by subdivision eleven
     8  of section 57-0107 of the environmental conservation law, situate in the
     9  following school districts:

    12  law, situate in the Riverhead central school district within the town of
    13  Riverhead, county of Suffolk and the Eastport-South Manor central school
    14  district  within  the  towns  of  Brookhaven  and Southampton, county of
    15  Suffolk, where the title holder is listed as the "State of New York" [on
    16  the town of Riverhead's assessment roll as of March sixteenth, two thou-
    17  sand six].
    18    § 2. This act shall take effect on the first of April next  succeeding
    19  the date on which it shall have become a law.
