          Committee on Health
        AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to a  quorum  of  the
          advisory council on lead poisoning prevention
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Subdivision 3 of section 1370-b of the public health law is
     2  renumbered subdivision 4, and a new subdivision 3 is added  to  read  as
     3  follows:
     4    3.  A majority of the appointed voting membership of the council shall
     5  constitute a quorum.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
