          the Committee on Environmental Conservation

        AN ACT to amend chapter 58 of the laws of  2013  amending  the  environ-
          mental  conservation  law  and  the  state finance law relating to the
          "Cleaner, Greener NY Act of 2013", in relation  to  the  effectiveness
          thereof

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Section 12 of part F of chapter 58  of  the  laws  of  2013
     2  amending  the  environmental  conservation law and the state finance law
     3  relating to the "Cleaner, Greener NY Act of 2013", as amended by section
     4  2-b of part JJ of chapter 58 of the laws of 2017, is amended to read  as
     5  follows:
     6    §  12.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to
     7  have been in full force and effect on and after April 1, 2013; provided,
     8  however, that the amendments to subdivision 5-a of  section  27-1015  of
     9  the  environmental  conservation  law,  as added by section nine of this
    10  act, shall expire and be deemed repealed on April 1, [2019] 2021.
    11    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
