        Introduced  by M. of A. CRUZ -- (at request of the State Liquor Authori-
          ty) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Economic Development

        AN ACT to amend the alcoholic  beverage  control  law,  in  relation  to
          filing of notification to municipalities

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. The opening paragraph of subdivision 1 of section 110-b  of
     2  the  alcoholic  beverage  control  law, as amended by chapter 560 of the
     3  laws of 2011, is amended to read as follows:
     4    Not less than thirty nor more than two hundred and seventy days before
     5  filing any of the following applications, an applicant shall notify  the
     6  municipality in which the premises is located of such applicant's intent
     7  to file such an application:
     8    §  2.  This  act  shall take effect immediately and shall apply to any
     9  notification filed after it shall have become a law.
