WOERNER -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Environmental Conservation -- reported and referred to the Committee on Ways and Means -- advanced to a third reading, amended and ordered reprinted, retaining its place on the order of third read- ing AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to including Round lake in the list of inland waterways eligible for the local waterfront revitalization program The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu- 2 tive law, as separately amended by chapters 43, 255 and 433 of the laws 3 of 2017, is amended to read as follows: 4 (a) the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Baldwin, Ball- 5 ston, Big Tupper, Black, Campfire, Canadarago, Canandaigua, Cayuga, 6 Champlain, Charles, Chateaugay, Chautauqua, Conesus, Cranberry, East 7 Caroga, Echo (in the county of Westchester), George, Glencoma, Great 8 Sacandaga, Honeoye, Indian, Keuka, Little Wolf (in the county of Frank- 9 lin), Lincolndale, Long, Lost (in the county of Putnam), Mirror, MacGre- 10 gor, Mahopac, Northville, Oneida, Onondaga, Ossi, Otisco, Otsego, Owas- 11 co, Peach, Placid, Purdys, Putnam, Raquette, Ronkonkoma, Round, 12 Sacandaga, Saratoga, Schroon, Secor, Seneca, Shenorock, Skaneateles, 13 Silver (in the county of Wyoming), Saranac and Tonetta, Teakettle Spout, 14 West Caroga and Wixon, Simon (in the county of Franklin) and the Fulton 15 chain of lakes; 16 § 2.
