STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 10832 IN ASSEMBLY May 22, 2018 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. WEINSTEIN -- (at request of the State Comp- troller) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Ways and Means AN ACT making an appropriation to the common retirement fund account for payment of services and expenses related to the administration of the New York state and local employees' retirement system and the New York state and local police and fire retirement system The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The sum of nine million one hundred eighty-one thousand 2 dollars ($9,181,000) is hereby appropriated out of any fiduciary funds 3 of the common retirement fund to the Department of Audit and Control to 4 the credit of the Common Retirement Fund Account not otherwise appropri- 5 ated, as follows: for Personal Service - regular six million two hundred 6 thirteen thousand dollars ($6,213,000), for Non Personal Service - 7 supplies sixty thousand dollars ($60,000), for travel eighty thousand 8 dollars ($80,000), for equipment one hundred sixty-five thousand dollars 9 ($165,000), for General State and for Charges-Fringe Benefits two 10 million five hundred forty thousand dollars ($2,540,000), Indirect Costs 11 one hundred twenty-two thousand dollars ($122,000). 12 Such moneys shall be payable on the audit and warrant of the comp- 13 troller on a voucher certified or approved in the manner prescribed by 14 law. 15 § 2.
