        Introduced  by  Sens. MAYER, HARCKHAM -- read twice and ordered printed,
          and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government
        AN ACT to amend the real property tax law, in relation  to  taxation  of
          state lands in the town of Bedford in Westchester county
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Section 532 of the real property  tax  law  is  amended  by
     2  adding a new subdivision (l) to read as follows:
     3    (l) All lands owned by the state in the town of Bedford in Westchester
     4  county, exclusive of the improvements erected thereon by the state.
     5    § 2. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 1 of section 536 of the real proper-
     6  ty tax law is amended to read as follows:
     7    (b)  Lands  owned  by the state, exclusive of the improvements erected
     8  thereon by the state, situate in the following towns:
     9          County                          Town

    12                                          Elko
    13                                          Great Valley
    14                                          Red House
    15                                          Salamanca
    16                                          South Valley
