        Introduced  by  Sen.  MONTGOMERY  --  (at request of the Office of Court
          Administration) -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to
          be committed to the Committee on Judiciary  --  committee  discharged,
          bill  amended,  ordered  reprinted  as amended and recommitted to said
          committee

        AN ACT to amend the civil practice law and rules, in relation to notifi-
          cation of allowance for infant's support

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Paragraphs 2 and 3 of subdivision (b) of rule 1211 of the
     2  civil practice law and rules are amended to read as follows:
     3    2. [the infant's father if he is  living  or,  if  not,  then  to  the
     4  infant's mother or, if neither parent is living, then to the person with
     5  whom  the infant resides] all parents and guardians of the person of the
     6  infant; and
     7    3. the infant if he or she is of the age of fourteen years or more.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
