        Introduced  by  Sen.  RAMOS  -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Children and Families
        AN ACT to repeal clause (D) of subparagraph (ii)  of  paragraph  (a)  of
          subdivision  1  of  section 390 of the social services law relating to
          the definition of a child day care
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  This  act  shall be known and may be cited as "Isabella's
     2  law".
     3    § 2. Clause (D) of subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of subdivision 1
     4  of section 390 of the social services law is REPEALED.
     5    § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
