          printed to be committed to the Committee on Education

        AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to authorizing boards  of
          cooperative   educational   services  to  enter  into  contracts  with
          preschool special education program providers

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1. Paragraph h of subdivision 4 of section 1950 of the educa-
     2  tion law is amended by adding a new subparagraph 12 to read as follows:
     3    (12) To enter into contracts with preschool special education  program
     4  providers  approved  pursuant  to section forty-four hundred ten of this
     5  chapter to process services relating to online application  systems  for
     6  educators.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
