        AN  ACT  to amend chapter 440 of the laws of 2012 amending the insurance
          law relating to a health savings account pilot program, in relation to
          extending the provisions thereof
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 440 of the laws of 2012 amending the
     2  insurance law relating to a health savings  account  pilot  program,  as
     3  amended  by  chapter  463  of  the  laws  of 2015, is amended to read as
     4  follows:
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire  December
     6  31,  [2017] 2021 when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be
     7  deemed repealed.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

                              [ ] is old law to be omitted.
