        AN ACT to repeal section 206-b of the labor law, relating to  employment
          of females after child-birth prohibited

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Section 206-b of the labor law is REPEALED.
     2    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
