STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 8868 IN SENATE May 30, 2018 ___________ Introduced by Sen. GRIFFO -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to designating Sauquoit Creek as an inland waterway for purposes of waterfront revitalization The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu- 2 tive law, as separately amended by chapters 43, 110, 142, 161, and 255 3 of the laws of 2017, is amended to read as follows: 4 (c) the state's major creeks comprised of the 18 Mile Creek located in 5 Erie county, Bash Bish and Kinderhook Creek located in Columbia county, 6 Kinderhook Creek located in Rensselaer county, Basher Kill, Bushkill, 7 Cattaraugus, Cayadutta, Cincinnati, East Kill, Esopus (including upper 8 and lower branches), Fish (including east and west branches), Gooseber- 9 ry, Kennyetto, Little Sandy, Onondaga, Peekskill Hollow, Roeliff Jansen 10 Kill, Rondout, Sandy, Sauquoit, Schoharie, Shawangunk Kill, South Sandy, 11 Oatka, Tonawanda, West Kill, Scajaquada, Wappinger, Webatuck, Wassaic, 12 Black Creek located in Monroe county, Black Creek located in Genesee and 13 Wyoming counties, Ellicott Creek located in Erie county and Wynantskill, 14 Claverack, Taghkanic and Agawamuck and Wyomanock; 15 § 2.
