Summary
To amend section 123.01, to enact sections 131.50, 1509.50, 1509.51, 1509.52, 1509.53, and 1509.54, and to repeal sections 5119.40, 5120.12, and 5123.23 of the Revised Code to create the Oil and Gas Leasing Board and to establish a procedure by which the Board may enter into leases for oil and gas production on land owned or under the control of a state agency for the purpose of providing funding for capital and operating costs for the agency.
