Summary

To amend section 309.08 and to enact section 109.831 of the Revised Code to provide for the investigation and prosecution by the Attorney General of criminal activity committed at, or on, any facility, building, premises, or property owned or leased by, or otherwise under the control of, the state and to name the act the State Property Protection and Prosecution Act.
