AN ACT
Designating the Arch Street Bridge on State Route 2064, Lycoming
County, as the Duboistown Bridge.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Duboistown Bridge.
(a) Designation.--The Arch Street Bridge on State Route 2064
passing over the West Branch of the Susquehanna River between
the Borough of Duboistown and the City of Williamsport in
Lycoming County is designated and shall be known as the
Duboistown Bridge.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
maintain signs which shall display the name of the bridge
designated in subsection (a) at each end of the bridge.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect in 60 days.
