Increase The Number Of Good Behavior Days An Inmate Who Has Committed A "no Parole Offense" May Receive; To Provide That This Act Applies To Certain Offenses Committed Before The Date Of Enactment; And To Provide That Certain Persons May Petition The Court To Have Their Sentences Reduced.
