Summary

Amend Section 24-21-645, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Granting Of Parole, Conditions Of Parole Placed On A Parolee, And The Review Schedule Following The Denial Of Parole, So As To Provide Upon A Negative Determination Of Parole For Certain Prisoners In Confinement For A Violent Crime, Their Cases Must Be Reviewed Every Five Years Instead Of Every Two Years.
