Create A Study Committee To Determine Whether The South Carolina College And Career Ready Assessments (sc Ready) And The South Carolina Palmetto Assessment Of State Standards (scpass) Should Be Summative Assessments Or Formative Assessments, To Provide For The Composition Of The Committee, To Provide The Study Committee Shall Make Certain Recommendations To The General Assembly Before January 1, 2021, And To Provide Staffing For The Committee, Among Other Things.
