Summary

As introduced, requires the administrative director of the courts to annually prepare and distribute to the judiciary committees of the senate and the house of representatives a report detailing statistical information relative to the use of community-based sentencing alternatives to confinement when the offense is nonviolent and the defendant is the primary caregiver of a dependent child. - Amends TCA Title 16; Title 18; Title 40 and Title 41.
