Summary

As enacted, specifies that a winery or farm winery permit holder may sell at retail, in addition to its own wine, items related to or incidental to the use, consumption, dispensing, or storage of wine; prohibits a winery or farm winery permit holder from selling at retail distilled spirits, wine not manufactured or bottled on the premises, and beer; further specifies that a winery or farm winery permit holder may hold a restaurant license or a beer permit, and, if it holds such a license or permit, may engage in the activities permitted under those licenses or permits. - Amends TCA Section 57-3-207.
