As introduced, clarifies that a charter commission member's term of office ends the shorter of two years from the date of election or the date a proposed charter is filed with the county election commission for purposes of filing statements of interest. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 10, Part 1; Title 5, Chapter 1, Part 2; Title 7, Chapter 2 and Title 8, Chapter 50, Part 5.
