Bill Title: As introduced, requires, beginning with the 2020-2021 school year, the BEP formula to fund at least one full-time school nurse position and one full-time school counselor position for each school in an LEA; increases, beginning with the 2020-2021 school year, the number of regular education teaching positions funded through the BEP. - Amends TCA Title 49 and Title 68.
