| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 2301.602(a), Occupations Code, is | ||
| amended to read as follows: | ||
| (a) The board shall cause a manufacturer, converter, [ |
||
| distributor, or franchised dealer to perform an obligation imposed | ||
| by this subchapter. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | ||
